If you are experiencing dental pain or having a problem please telephone the practice as soon as possible so we can organise to see you quickly. If you have problems out of normal working hours and you feel you cannot wait until the practice is open again please still ring 01325 462361 and listen to our answer machine message. We have a dedicated “in house” emergency service with dentists from our own practice whenever possible. For our Denplan patients the call out is subsidised by Denplan to reduce this fee to £25, and for non Denplan patients the call out fee is £160.

At Victoria Dental Practice your views and satisfaction are very important to us. At times we will survey our patients confidentially to ensure we understand what you feel is important, in order to improve our service by reflecting your needs. However if you have any suggestions or complaints please feel free to contact us immediately and our practice manager Jayne Coe will endeavour to help you. Dentists’ are governed by the GDC ( www.gdc-uk.org ). Further resolution can be obtained from The Dental Complaints Service on 08456 120 540.

Contact form

Due to the Coronavirus crisis we might not be able to answer the telephone immediately all the time. We will try to ring you back but you can also email via the form below which we check regularly.

By Car / Parking

There is parking available in Sainsbury’s for 2 hours, or Feethams Multistorey carpark, as well as some local street parking bays.

As we are located in a Victorian building we do have a number of steps at the front. If this is a problem please ring reception as we have restricted access to the back of the building with a stair lift to ease entry into the practice. We also have a ground floor surgery.
